The products all came and were in tact. However, I ordered 200 total and 100 went to 1 location and 100 went to a different location. Amazon shipped these in boxes of 1, 3, 7, etc... It was a pain to have to keep track of all of them coming in such small quantities. Also, I was told by customer service that I needed to place my order before tax exempt could be submitted, therefore it resulted in a bunch of refunds, not 1 total refund, but a refund of each box of books that came in such small quanities. 1 of the orders also arrived days after the estimated date and I needed them by the estimate date. All in all I was very disappointed in Amazon's methods...

Although I haven't read the entire book, I have used it as a reference tool. It is a great size...truly a pocket guide! I got to meet one of the authors, Karin, and I can attest that she is very knowledgeable and intelligent. I look forward to using the guide as a tool now that I have taken the CLC class.
